- 420 square foot natural light studio with southeast and east facing windows with white floors, walls, and ceilings
- stairwell with wood LVP flooring and a 14ft window
- two C-stands for bringing your own backdrops, lights, or seamless paper 
- bathroom access for your clients to use and for changing, touchups, and water access. 
- if you'd like a white bed setup, please let us know 24 hours before your rental

*an event fee of $50 is required for all events.
 

The studio is rented for photography and events, so please make sure you have reviewed our photo gallery and checked sunrise/set times to ensure your desired amount of light will be available during booking. 

All bookings are non-refundable. Bookings may be transferable on a case by case basis within 30 days, based on availability. 

A staircase is the only way to access the studio, so please ensure all equipment will fit within the 4 ft width. 

Any backdrops must be free standing (no holes, tape, command hooks, etc. may be used on walls)
No glitter is permitted.
Shoes are recommended to be removed as the white floors show it all :)

Brooke Schultz Studio is in my home in the Grandview neighborhood of Provo, Utah and I am thrilled to open it to your creativity. It features a separate entrance and is closed off from the rest of the home. While you won't have any interaction or interruptions, you might hear the occasional kiddo as we do live here. :) 

You're welcome to play music to cover ambient noise.

Our driveway can fit up to 3 cars parked directly behind each other. If your party includes more cars, 1 additional parking spot is available in front of the house.

For bookings with more than 4 cars, park on 1640 West.
